SITE VISIT quality reviews of hoisting diagrams:
The aim of our site visit quality reviews is to enhance your process safety and personal safety. As part of this, we will carry out a practical check on site to determine whether or not the crane can be set up according to the plan. We will look at the existence of live cables and pipes, pits, setup space, access roads, etc.
We will also carry out a practical check to look at:
- Clearance between structures, buildings and the crane
- Soil conditions
- Load hoisting points
DESKTOP quality reviews of hoisting diagrams:
Our desktop quality reviews include a critical inspection of the hoisting diagram.
We will look in detail at issues that need to be checked before hoisting can commence, such as:
- Clearance between crane and load (surroundings, rigging, hoisting height, etc.)
- Load (weight, hoisting eyelets, dimensions, wind load)
- Strapping plan/use of materials
- Capacity and configuration of the crane
- Ground pressure
